The Lead Technical Project Manager role is part of the 3PO Team, responsible for managing complex technical projects within the Commerce, Consumer Products and Supply Chain Technology Portfolio. The position requires leading project delivery, stakeholder management, and financial oversight. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical project management, particularly in supply chain systems, and will work closely with Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Architects to ensure successful project delivery. The role combines technical expertise with strong leadership skills to drive innovation and efficiency across multiple programs. Responsibilities For Lead Technical Project Manager
- Lead and manage complex technical projects through full delivery life cycle
- Act as point of contact for project stakeholders and engineering teams
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks
- Facilitate cross-functional team meetings
- Build and maintain project documentation
- Create and maintain capital and expense forecasts
- Maintain resource demand and capacity across projects
- Translate financial information to leaders and business partners
Requirements For Lead Technical Project Manager
- Minimum of 7 years of Project management experience working with technical teams
- Experience in supply chain industry, specifically Blue Yonder/JDA/Red Prairie WMS
- Experience with budget tracking and cost-benefit analysis
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Lean, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Wiki and Smartsheets
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- PMP Certification (preferred)
- Agile Certifications (preferred)
