Manager, AI Solutions & Development

We're looking for a Manager, AI Solutions & Development to lead a squad of Engineers in delivering POCs of LLM applications. This role is part of the JedAI Platform team and reports to the Sr Mgr, AI Engineering. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality AI solutions within highly visible strategic projects, requiring active collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading a team of software engineers in designing, developing, and delivering AI/GenAI software solutions
• Driving technical and system optimization for scalable, cloud-based AI/GenAI systems
• Mentoring and developing engineering talent
• Architecting, designing, and developing AI applications, integrating with various LLM suites
• Implementing AI applications that comply with ethical guidelines and legal standards
• Staying up-to-date with emerging trends in Generative AI and LLMs

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development
• Expertise in AI and developed AI solutions, including GenAI and LLMs
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX, LangChain, Kubernetes, and Docker
• Deep understanding of AI frameworks and architectures
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript
• Experience with cloud platforms and databases
• Strong communication and strategic influence skills
