Description For Manager, Business information & Analysis

This role sits in the 3PO organization within DX Tech & Digital. As Manager, Business information & Analysis, you will oversee core planning processes, improve process efficiencies, prioritize metrics & insights for heavy data analysis, and ensure best practices in reporting to empower executive decision-making.

The position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and persuading peers and leaders to adopt new ideas, strategies, and initiatives. You'll be responsible for developing program strategies, conducting data analysis, implementing information governance, optimizing processes, and fostering stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, leadership skills, and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.   • Develop and drive program strategies that align with organizational objectives
  • Collect, clean, and evaluate large datasets to identify trends
  • Lead data management strategies and governance policies
  • Identify functional requirements through process analysis
  • Partner with internal teams and business stakeholders
  • Oversee program execution for monthly & annual submission-based activities
  • Lead comprehensive documentation tactics

Requirements For Manager, Business information & Analysis

Python
  • Minimum of 8 years of work experience as a Program / Business / Data Analyst
  • Expertise in program and department cost optimization, financial planning
  • Experience with big data / visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau
  • Strong leadership and time management skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in technology, Business, Finance, or related field
