Responsibilities For Manager, Data Strategy and Engineering
- Lead the development and implementation of data management strategies and governance policies
- Supervise and mentor a team of data engineers, analysts, and architects
- Oversee the design and maintenance of scalable data systems and databases
- Manage the development and optimization of ETL processes and data pipelines
- Establish data quality standards and work with stakeholders to ensure compliance
- Partner with internal teams to understand data requirements

Requirements For Manager, Data Strategy and Engineering
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in data management, development or engineering fields
- Expertise in data management technologies, including ETL processes, data architecture, SQL, data lakes, and cloud platforms
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and automation tools
- Strong knowledge of data storage platforms such as Elasticsearch, RDS and MySQL
- Experience managing data products for cybersecurity teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or comparable field
