Description For Manager Enterprise Security Compliance

At Disney, we're seeking a Manager of Enterprise Security Compliance to join our Global Information Security (GIS) team. This role is crucial in protecting Disney's information assets and ensuring compliance across our vast entertainment and media empire.

The position sits within Enterprise Technology, where we focus on delivering technology solutions that drive competitive advantage by enhancing consumer experiences and enabling business growth. As part of the GIS Compliance team, you'll oversee critical security programs that evaluate the health of Disney's control environment, including external audits, internal control validation, and third-party assessments.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of IT security/compliance experience and 2+ years of team leadership, preferably in a global media or Fortune 100 environment. You'll need strong analytical skills, security certifications (CISSP, CISA, or GSEC), and excellent communication abilities to work effectively with stakeholders across all levels.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of entertainment and technology, protecting one of the world's most beloved brands. You'll be based in one of our major locations (Burbank, New York, Seattle, or Orlando) with a competitive salary range of $138,900 - $186,200, plus comprehensive benefits including medical coverage, bonus potential, and long-term incentives.

Join us in creating and protecting the magic that makes Disney the world's premier entertainment company. Your expertise will help ensure our global operations maintain the highest security standards while enabling the innovation that keeps Disney at the forefront of entertainment technology.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on security expertise, requiring someone who can both develop comprehensive compliance programs and manage the day-to-day challenges of a complex global organization. You'll work closely with teams across Disney's diverse business units, from theme parks to streaming services, ensuring our security measures support rather than hinder innovation.

If you're passionate about security, love entertainment, and want to be part of a company that touches millions of lives daily, this role offers an unparalleled opportunity to make a significant impact.
