Manager of Systems Engineering

As the Manager of Systems Engineering at Disney Signature Experiences, you'll lead a diverse team of skilled engineers to design, implement, and maintain robust systems supporting our fleet's operational needs and guest experience. This role requires a strong technical background combined with leadership skills to drive innovation and excellence.

You'll be responsible for overseeing critical infrastructure, managing multiple projects, and ensuring system reliability while working with cross-functional teams. The position involves leading technical initiatives, implementing security best practices, and driving process improvements through automation and modern DevOps practices.

The role requires expertise in various technologies including AWS, containerization, automation tools, and modern development frameworks. You'll work with technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, Docker, and various cloud services while managing both Windows and Linux systems.

As a leader, you'll mentor team members, foster a culture of innovation, and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions. You'll also manage budgets, contribute to strategic planning, and stay current with emerging technologies to inform decision-making.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience with 2+ years in leadership, strong technical skills across systems engineering, and excellent communication abilities.
