Description For Manager, Product Solutions

At Disney, we're storytellers making the impossible possible. The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Manager of Product Solutions to join our Cloud & Data Transformation Engineering organization. This role will be responsible for end-to-end management of four product lines including Observability/Event Management, Data Solutions, Quality Tooling, and Atlassian Enterprise Suite.

The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in software and data development lifecycles, combined with strong leadership abilities. You'll manage and guide a team of individual contributors while partnering across engineering and product peers to define product vision, establish customer engagement, and build strategic roadmaps.

Key responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, financial planning, metadata management, customer training, cross-enterprise roadmap alignment, and product support. You'll need to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders while driving best practices and optimization across the organization.

The role offers competitive compensation ranging from $138,900 to $203,900 depending on location, plus bonus potential and comprehensive benefits. You'll be part of Disney's mission to deliver unforgettable experiences while working with world-class technology and talented teams.

  • Experience in SCRUM/Lean Agile frameworks
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • Experience with large scale application/data deployments
  • Detail oriented and able to prioritize multiple efforts
