Disney Experiences is seeking a Manager of Project Management – Technology to join their Portfolio, Program, and Project Organization (3PO) within Technology & Digital. This role is crucial in delivering project management governance and standards across DX T&D, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. The position focuses on enabling efficient project delivery, implementing process improvements, and ensuring effective communications around project execution.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of project/program management experience with technical teams, along with PMP certification. They should possess deep knowledge of Cloud technologies, APIs, database technologies, and software development lifecycle. Experience with tools like MyPPM, Jira, Confluence, and reporting platforms like Tableau/PowerBI is essential.

Responsibilities For Manager, Project Management – Technology
- Establish and enforce tech project management governance, processes, and standards
- Direct development and implementation of project management frameworks and tools
- Ensure projects align with organizational strategy and objectives
- Lead standardization of reporting and project metrics
- Identify process improvements and implement data-driven solutions
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations
- Develop and manage regular reporting mechanisms
- Provide data-driven recommendations to senior executives
Requirements For Manager, Project Management – Technology
- 8+ years of project/program management experience
- PMP certification strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of Cloud, APIs, services, database technologies
- Experience with project management tools (MyPPM, Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Expertise in reporting tools like Tableau and PowerBI
- Expert knowledge in project estimation and planning
- Experience with financial/budget management
- Understanding of SCRUM and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong project leadership experience
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
