Manager, Red Team Operations

The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Manager of Red Team Operations to lead their Global Information Security (GIS) team. This role will be instrumental in performing real-world threat emulation to improve organizational readiness and assess control performance for critical Disney assets. The position involves leading a team of skilled cybersecurity professionals, coordinating with senior leadership, and growing the program portfolio for the Red Team.

As Manager of Red Team Operations, you'll be responsible for supervising Red Team Operators, providing mentoring and coaching opportunities, and coordinating with senior leadership to plan and oversee security assessments. You'll manage the complete Red Team Operation execution lifecycle, from reconnaissance to exfiltration, while organizing reports and metrics for senior management.

The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of Red Team/Penetration Testing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role. Strong technical skills across various operating systems, networking protocols, and security tools are essential.
