Description For Manager, Software Engineer

Disney Experiences (DX) Tech & Digital creates world-class immersive digital experiences for premier vacation brands globally. As Manager of Technology in the Cast Experience team, you'll be responsible for managing high-impact applications and services that support global systems for Human Resources, Financial Planning, Engineering Services, Industrial Engineering, Costuming and Creative Entertainment, Workforce Management, and Park Operations.

The role focuses on modernization, innovation, and scalability of cloud-based and legacy applications. You'll lead initiatives to modernize technical debt, oversee global application delivery, manage high-profile projects, and lead cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include technology strategy development, portfolio management, team mentorship, budget oversight, and stakeholder engagement.
