Manager, Software Engineering

This role will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery and sustainment of both custom-built and off-the-shelf software products for Disney Cruise Line. The position involves leading a team of software and system engineers to ensure DCL Logistics, Medical, and Safety & Quality Management applications portfolio maintains the highest quality of Guest and Cast experience. The role requires strong leadership skills to manage competing priorities between Capital and Expense initiatives, including application stability, security vulnerabilities, and new business capabilities.
