As a Manager of Software Engineering, you'll join the Commerce, Growth & Identity (CGI) team, which is crucial for Disney's media business transformation. You'll lead teams building highly scalable and reliable services powering Disney+ and other streaming platforms, working with cutting-edge AWS technologies.

The role offers unique opportunities to impact millions of consumers through products like Disney+, Hulu, ABC News, and ESPN+. You'll be responsible for leading full-lifecycle software development, from requirements gathering to maintenance, while managing and mentoring a team of engineers. The position requires expertise in distributed systems, Java programming, and AWS services, with a focus on building solutions that can handle massive concurrent requests.
