Manager, Software Engineering

As a Manager, you'll oversee the complete software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that integrate with various domains including advertising, media, commerce, and user experience.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience, including engineering leadership roles, with deep knowledge of Java, AWS, and distributed systems. You should be passionate about building high-quality software at scale and have a track record of successful project delivery. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $167,700 to $246,400 depending on location (Seattle, San Francisco, or Los Angeles), plus bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.
