Description For Media Systems Engineer

Disney Entertainment & ESPN Technology (DEET) is seeking a Media Systems Engineer to join their Singapore office. This role is part of DEET's global organization that manages the company's streaming services, broadcast operations, and technology infrastructure. As a Media Systems Engineer, you'll be responsible for administering media asset management and content supply chain platforms while providing engineering support for international content workflows.

Responsibilities For Media Systems Engineer

  • Ensure technical infrastructure and systems maintenance
  • Manage technical change implementation

Requirements For Media Systems Engineer

Linux
  • Degree in Broadcast Engineering or Computer Science, or A Level with 3+ years media systems engineering experience
  • High standard of computer literacy
  • Understanding of cloud computing and networking
  • Knowledge of broadcast transmission systems
  • Experience with content supply chain/asset management systems
  • Background in broadcast solutions support
  • Previous engineering experience in media industry
