Responsibilities For Principal Machine Learning Engineer
- Develop and prototype state-of-the-art Deep Neural Net algorithms for recommendation systems
- Deliver conceptual solutions into production-level implementation & operation at scale
- Learn complex streaming recommendation systems and understand overall framework/architecture
- Identify opportunities to improve business operations and develop solutions to lift KPIs
- Drive business decisions through data-driven approach
- Technically guide a team of engineers
- Lead recommendation and personalization algorithm research
Requirements For Principal Machine Learning Engineer
- Track record of research & publications in recommendation system domain
- Strong proficiency in deep learning frameworks (tensorflow, pytorch)
- Experience building and deploying full stack ML pipelines
- Track record from design to production of recommendation systems
- Experience with cloud services (particularly AWS)
- Understanding of statistical concepts
- Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
- 10+ years of analytical experience
- 8+ years of experience in scalable machine learning products
- 8+ years writing production-level Python code
