Principal Product Manager, ML Platform

As Principal Product Manager for ML Platform at Disney Entertainment & ESPN Technology, you will lead the strategy, development, execution, and evolution of the ML Platform, an ML toolkit and underlying infrastructure that enables data scientists and ML engineers to build and operate end-to-end ML workflows. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

You will be at the forefront of building the foundational AI/ML platform used across Disney's entire product suite, including Disney+, Hulu, Star+, ESPN, and more. The scale of operation is unique, with hundreds of millions of subscribers and multiple consumer touchpoints to deliver seamless experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the ML platform
• Collaborating with engineering & Data Scientists in an agile environment
• Defining product requirements, objectives, and success metrics
• Gathering and incorporating product feedback
• Conducting research and competitive analysis
• Working closely with customers to understand their needs
• Creating a delightful, self-serve product experience
• Leading business readiness activities
• Being an internal champion of AI/ML

The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in Product Management or relevant fields, with a strong understanding of machine learning methodologies and infrastructure. Knowledge of ML infrastructure, experience with streaming services, and familiarity with A/B experimentation methods are preferred.
