Description For Production Manager (IA/PH)

Walt Disney Imagineering is seeking a Production Manager to join their team for a 1-year assignment. This role involves guiding production processes and ensuring financial success of assigned projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will support creative integrity while delivering outstanding production efficiency and operational reliability. The position requires extensive travel both domestically and internationally, working with multiple partners across Disney's entertainment properties. You'll be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, and project deliverables while maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders. Responsibilities For Production Manager (IA/PH)

  • Develop relationships with multiple partners to achieve project goals
  • Manage sourcing, procurement, contracting and payment processes
  • Lead project fiscal responsibility and communication of variances
  • Ensure operational strategies implementation
  • Serve as communication point for external and internal clients
  • Provide guidance to Production Assistants and Guest Experience Managers
  • Travel extensively for assigned projects domestically and internationally

Requirements For Production Manager (IA/PH)

  • 3+ years professional leadership in live show/theatrical production
  • Experience in budget creation and financial management
  • Experience leading procurement efforts
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • High School Degree or Equivalent
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and third shift as needed
  • Willingness to travel extensively
