Description For Production Manager (IA/PH)

Walt Disney Imagineering is seeking a Production Manager to join their team in creating remarkable entertainment experiences across Disney properties worldwide. This 1-year assignment role will be responsible for guiding production processes and ensuring financial success of assigned projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of professional leadership in live show/theatrical production, combining strong project management skills with creative vision. You'll work closely with Producers, Show Directors, Technical Directors, and various team members to deliver outstanding production efficiency while maintaining creative integrity. Responsibilities For Production Manager (IA/PH)

  • Guide production processes and financial success of assigned projects
  • Support and maintain creative integrity while delivering production efficiency
  • Monitor project status, deliverables, schedules, budgets, scope and meetings
  • Manage sourcing, procurement, contracting and payment processes
  • Lead overall project fiscal responsibility
  • Ensure operational strategies implementation
  • Serve as a champion for safety, environmental, inclusion and other corporate programs
  • Provide guidance to Production Assistants and Guest Experience Managers

Requirements For Production Manager (IA/PH)

  • 3+ years professional leadership in live show/theatrical production, live event production, technical, or stage management
  • Experience in zero based budget creation and financial management
  • Experience leading procurement efforts for entertainment related goods/services
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills
  • Strong delegation, partnering, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • High School Degree or Equivalent
  • Willingness to travel extensively domestically and internationally
