- Guide production processes and financial success of projects
- Manage sourcing, procurement, contracting and payment processes
- Lead project fiscal responsibility
- Ensure operational strategies implementation
- Serve as communication point for clients and collaborators
- Provide guidance to Production Assistants and Guest Experience Managers
- Travel extensively for assigned projects
Requirements For Production Manager (Project Hire/ Internal Assignment)
- 3+ years professional leadership in live show/theatrical production
- Experience in budget creation and financial management
- Experience leading procurement efforts
- Strong interpersonal and team building skills
- Problem solving and communication skills
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Available to work weekends, holidays, and third shift
- Willing to travel extensively domestically and internationally
- High School Degree or Equivalent
