Description For Quality Assurance Service Manager - 3rd Shift

The Quality Assurance Service Manager - 3rd Shift position at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts U.S., Inc. is a leadership role responsible for managing a team of Quality Assurance Cast Members during the third shift (11PM-7AM). The position involves overseeing nondestructive testing operations, equipment calibration, and inspection services throughout the Disneyland Resort and Cerritos Campus.

The role requires strong technical expertise in quality assurance processes, including Eddy Current, Liquid Dye Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, and Visual Testing. The manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company and regulatory procedures, managing work orders through the Maximo system, and overseeing contracted inspection programs.

Key responsibilities include team leadership, technical support, compliance management, and collaboration with various departments. Requirements For Quality Assurance Service Manager - 3rd Shift

  • Working knowledge of Maximo and associated procedures
  • Experience managing teams
  • Demonstrated knowledge of nondestructive testing
  • Demonstrated knowledge of welding code
  • High School Education (Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred)
  • Willing to work 3rd shift (11PM-7AM), holidays, and weekends
