The position involves executing simulated cyberattacks as part of a specialized team, working to identify potential weaknesses in Disney's systems, networks, and applications. You'll be responsible for participating in all phases of Red Team Operations, from reconnaissance to exfiltration, while providing subject matter expertise to junior team members.
The role requires extensive experience in offensive security, including proficiency with tools like Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, and custom scripts. You'll need to demonstrate strong documentation skills and contribute to post-engagement reviews to enhance the team's capabilities. The position demands a deep understanding of various operating systems, networking protocols, and system administration.

Responsibilities For Senior Security Engineer, Red Team Operator
- Execute simulated cyberattacks as part of Red Team Operations
- Participate in all phases of RTO execution lifecycle
- Leverage and develop offensive security tools and techniques
- Create and maintain documentation of attack methodologies
- Participate in post-engagement reviews
- Stay up to date with emerging threats and attack methodologies
Requirements For Senior Security Engineer, Red Team Operator
- 5+ years of experience in Red Team/Penetration Testing activities
- Experience with web application and network penetration testing
- Experience with assessment tools like Burp, Nessus, Metasploit, Mimikatz, and Cobalt Strike
- Experience customizing/developing in-house scripts and tooling
- Experience with scripting languages (Bash, Powershell, Python, Perl, Ruby, PHP, C/C++, C#, Java)
- In-depth knowledge of operating systems (Unix/Linux, Windows, and Mac)
- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols and systems administration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Relevant certifications (OSCP, GPEN, or GIAC)
