Description For Software Engineer II

Disney Entertainment & ESPN Technology is seeking a Software Engineer II to join their Commerce, Growth & Identity (CGI) organization. This role is crucial in building innovative capabilities that drive subscriptions, engagement, and monetization across Disney's streaming and digital products including Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and Star+.

The position focuses on developing core sign-up, purchase, and subscription management experiences for their Web platform. As a member of the DE&ET Web Commerce team, you'll be working on building inclusive user-centered experiences that facilitate seamless user journeys from login to sign-up and account management.

The role offers an exciting opportunity to work at significant scale, with products reaching millions of consumers daily. The compensation package is competitive, varying by location, with San Francisco offering $125,800-$168,700, New York and Seattle $120,300-$161,300, and other locations $114,900-$154,100 annually. The package includes bonus potential, long-term incentives, and comprehensive benefits.
