Sr Manager, Data Engineering

The Disney Decision Science and Integration (DDSI) team is seeking a Senior Manager of Data Engineering to lead their data engineering efforts supporting Parks Yield Management projects across global locations. This role will oversee a team responsible for data acquisition, ETL/ELT pipelines, database design, and integration with production systems. The ideal candidate brings diverse technical experience across data engineering, architecture, data warehousing, and infrastructure.

The position involves leading development and sustainment activities across multiple Disney segments, partnering with business stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps, and ensuring technical excellence across the portfolio. You'll work with technologies including SQL, Python, Docker, Gitlab, Airflow, Snowflake, and PostgreSQL while supporting critical data initiatives for Disney's theme parks and entertainment properties.
