Sr Manager, Data Engineering

The Disney Decision Science and Integration (DDSI) team is seeking a Senior Manager of Data Engineering to lead their data initiatives across The Walt Disney Company's various segments. This role will initially focus on Parks Yield Management projects across global locations including WDW, Disneyland, Disneyland Paris, and Hong Kong Disneyland. The position involves leading a team of data engineering professionals, managing data platforms, and implementing sophisticated data solutions using modern technologies.

The ideal candidate will bring a diverse technical background spanning Data Engineering, Architecture, Data Warehousing, and Infrastructure. They will be responsible for strategic planning, team leadership, and technical direction of data engineering initiatives. The role requires expertise in various technologies including SQL, Python, Docker, Gitlab, Airflow, Snowflake, and PostgreSQL.
