Description For Sr Manager, Decision Science Products

The Disney Decision Science and Integration (DDSI) is seeking a Senior Manager to lead their Decision Science Product team. This role is at the heart of Disney's analytics center of excellence, supporting decision-making across major divisions including Parks and Resorts, Publishing, Cruise Lines, and Studios. Based in Burbank, CA, this position combines technical leadership with business strategy, requiring someone who can bridge the gap between complex analytics and practical business solutions.

The role involves leading a skilled team of analytics professionals while working directly with business segments within Disney Entertainment and Finance. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing analytical solutions that drive business value through decision-shaping analytics, leveraging technology, optimization, simulation, statistics, and machine learning models.

As a senior leader, you'll shape multi-year analytics strategies, manage resources and budgets, and represent DDSI to senior leadership. The position requires both technical depth in data science and the ability to translate complex analytical concepts for business stakeholders. You'll be responsible for integrating analytical processes into real-world business operations and ensuring their ongoing effectiveness.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced analytics leader who wants to make an impact at one of the world's most renowned entertainment companies. The role offers competitive compensation ($184,300-$247,100) plus comprehensive benefits, and the chance to work with cutting-edge analytics applications across Disney's diverse portfolio of businesses.
