Sr. Manager, Energy & Emissions

The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Senior Manager of Energy & Emissions to join their Global Environmental Sustainability Team. This role focuses on leading the company's initiatives towards achieving its 2030 Environmental Goals, particularly in emissions reduction and zero carbon electricity initiatives. Based in Burbank, CA, this position requires on-site presence 4 days per week.

The role combines technical expertise with strategic planning, requiring the successful candidate to lead modeling of emissions reduction pathways, execute enterprise-wide zero carbon electricity contracts, and provide data-driven insights for decision-making. The position involves working with implementation teams throughout the enterprise to achieve the company's environmental sustainability goals.

The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of experience in renewable energy, energy efficiency, and corporate climate strategy, along with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a preference for a Master's in Environmental Sustainability or MBA.
