As a Senior Media Systems Engineer, you'll be responsible for transforming how Disney acquires, produces, and distributes content worldwide. You'll work closely with executive leadership to make strategic technical recommendations and advance Disney's technical capabilities. The role requires deep expertise in both hardware and software-based technology, with a comprehensive understanding of video/audio content generation and distribution systems.
The position offers an attractive compensation package ranging from $109,400 to $168,700 per year, plus potential bonuses and long-term incentives. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of broadcast engineering experience, strong understanding of video/audio systems, and proficiency in relevant programming languages.
