As a Sr. Product Manager, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end product development process, from conceptualization to launch. This includes conducting market research, analyzing data, defining product requirements, and working closely with engineering, design, and business teams to bring features to life. The role requires strong technical acumen, as you'll need to understand architectural implications and work closely with engineering teams.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in web applications, and has a proven track record of launching successful user-centric features. Disney offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $138,900 to $195,500 (depending on location), plus bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.
