Sr Product Solutions Manager

This Senior Product Solutions Manager role is positioned within the Disney Consumer Products (DCP) - Licensing Technology organization, part of Disney Experiences (DX). The role focuses on managing the proprietary Portal application that facilitates interactions with Licensees, handling royalty statements, forecasting, and global licensing contracts data.

The position requires a strategic mind who can identify workflow improvements and drive change management plans for next-generation features in the Smart Forecasting platform. You'll be working closely with Controllership, Revenue Accounting, Finance, and Licensees across the global Disney Consumer Products Segment, while collaborating with project management and software development teams.

The ideal candidate will bring a global perspective to solution development, ensuring IT processes are repeatable and efficient. You'll be responsible for designing and managing the full-cycle development of DCP technology products, translating finance and revenue accounting goals into actionable technology strategies, and collaborating with various technical teams to ensure successful implementation.

Key responsibilities include developing proof of concept prototypes, defining clear requirements and user stories, prioritizing product backlogs, and establishing product release plans. You'll need to demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Agile methodologies.

The role offers competitive compensation ranging from $126,400 to $169,500 per year, along with comprehensive benefits including medical coverage and 401k.
