Description For Sr Project Manager, Workforce Technology

The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Sr Project Manager for their Workforce Technology team. This role is part of Disney Experiences (DX) division, which creates world-class immersive digital experiences for the Company's premier vacation brands including Disney's Parks & Resorts worldwide, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, and Disney Vacation Club.

The position requires a versatile and proactive leader who can blend technical proficiency with HR domain knowledge. The role is critical in driving initiatives forward, identifying and addressing problems to enhance HR operations and strategies, and maintaining alignment across multiple ongoing projects.

Key responsibilities include leading projects from start to finish, collaborating with stakeholders, managing project schedules and financials, and ensuring successful delivery of objectives. The role requires expertise in both traditional and agile project management methodologies, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with various collaboration tools.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience, demonstrated problem-solving abilities, and excellent organizational skills. They should be comfortable working with sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with SAAS applications and HR disciplines is preferred.

The position offers competitive compensation, with salary ranges of $126,400 - $169,500 in Burbank, CA and $132,500 - $177,600 in Seattle, WA. The package includes bonus potential, long-term incentives, and comprehensive medical and financial benefits.
