Disney Destinations is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for their Resorts division to drive transformational experiences for organizations through meetings and events. This role is crucial in the Disney Meetings & Events sales team, creating magical moments and lasting impressions for clients. The position requires extensive knowledge of group sales/convention markets in the lodging industry, with a focus on expanding business opportunities in assigned markets. The role involves collaboration with various internal teams including Catering, Convention Services, Audio Visual, Culinary, and Entertainment departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new bookings and accounts while maintaining Disney's high standards of professionalism and service excellence.   • Computer proficiency within Windows environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
