Sr. Security Engineer

The Global Information Security (GIS) organization works to secure Disney's magic by implementing best-in-class services to assess, prevent, detect, and respond to cyber threats.

As a Sr. Security Engineer, you'll be responsible for protecting Disney's vast technology landscape through secure code reviews, vulnerability management, and security automation. You'll work with teams across the enterprise to integrate security into the software development lifecycle and lead complex security initiatives. The role requires both technical expertise in application security and strong collaboration skills.

The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $120,400 to $185,600 plus bonus potential and comprehensive benefits. You'll be part of Disney's mission to create unforgettable experiences while helping secure the company's diverse portfolio spanning theme parks, streaming services, media networks and more.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of cybersecurity experience, strong programming skills particularly in Python, and expertise in application security testing and secure development practices. You should be able to balance pragmatic security solutions with business needs while effectively collaborating across a large enterprise environment.
