Sr Technical Business Analyst (Project Hire)

As part of Disney Experiences, the Technology & Digital Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) Tools team leads the implementation and enhancement of MyPPM, the primary tool for project cost projection, schedule management, and resource management. The Senior Technical Business Analyst role involves creating functional requirements and documentation for complex projects aligned to business requirements. The position requires expertise with the Clarity platform and focuses on supporting business analysis, requirements validation, and documentation for web-based applications. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency of delivery and consistency of application quality through defining and supervising functional requirements.

The role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, participating in production deployments, and working closely with Product Managers and engineers to translate business requirements into functional solutions. The position requires strong analytical skills, experience with agile methodologies, and the ability to support integration across platforms.
