Sr Technical Program Mgr

Disney Entertainment & ESPN Technology is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join their Global Program Management team. This role focuses on managing software engineering teams for the Browser-Based Devices Platform, which services apps across multiple devices. The position serves as the primary contact between Product and Engineering teams, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps to deliver best-in-class consumer applications.

They should demonstrate initiative in removing project barriers, maintain focus under pressure, and excel at managing multiple work streams in a deadline-driven environment. Key responsibilities include driving high-profile software development projects, maintaining team roadmaps aligned with product priorities, managing documentation, and keeping stakeholders informed of project status and risks. The role requires cultivating relationships across engineering teams and facilitating requirements development while considering technical capabilities and limitations.

Qualifications include 5+ years of project management experience with large-scale projects, experience with DevOps practices, strong technical architecture understanding, and knowledge of various project management methodologies including Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall. A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is required.

The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $126,400 to $185,600 depending on location and experience, plus potential bonuses and long-term incentives.
