Disney Entertainment & ESPN Technology is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead their Live Stream Tooling initiatives. You'll work closely with engineering teams to build and deploy microservices for video processing, packaging, and streaming delivery at massive scale.
As the Senior TPM, you'll orchestrate team ceremonies, manage release planning, and ensure smooth execution across distributed teams. Strong communication skills are essential as you'll regularly engage with executives and stakeholders. Technical depth is also crucial - you should understand video streaming concepts like ABR encoding, encryption, HLS, and CDN technologies.
