Description For Staff Support Analyst - Finance Systems

As a Staff Enterprise App Support Analyst in the Finance and Accounting Technology area, you'll work in a sophisticated, fast-paced environment alongside architects, engineers, and product managers.

The role focuses on providing Application Support services for FP&A and other Finance value chains, requiring deep functional expertise coupled with application support experience. You'll manage high-quality solution delivery, resolve production issues, monitor service performance, and implement continuous improvements. Key responsibilities include software engineering support (20%), solution support (20%), and enterprise application management (60%).

You'll need to be a self-starter who can navigate complex organizational structures, establish executive-level relationships, and mentor team members. The ideal candidate brings deep domain expertise in finance systems like IBM Cognos and Workday Adaptive Planning, along with strong technical skills and service management experience.
