Technical Director

Disney Live Entertainment creates and produces remarkable entertainment experiences across Disney theme parks, resorts, and cruise ships worldwide. The Technical Director role leads technical production efforts for live entertainment shows including parades, stage shows, and special events. This full-time position is based in Orlando, reporting to the Manager of Technical Direction.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical theater or live entertainment, with proven knowledge of show systems and technology. They will be responsible for leading crews, coordinating with authorities on compliance, managing vendors, and maintaining high show quality standards. The role requires strong technical expertise combined with creative problem-solving and leadership skills.
