Field Service Engineer

Distalmotion SA, a pioneering medical device company headquartered in Lausanne, Switzerland, is revolutionizing robotic surgery accessibility worldwide. Founded in 2012 as an EPFL Robotics Lab spin-off, we've grown to over 150 team members representing 25+ nationalities. We're seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our mission of expanding robotic surgery access.

The role involves being the primary technical support contact for Distalmotion customers across Europe. You'll be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of our advanced robotic surgery systems, working closely with Commercial, Clinical Specialist, and Service Support teams. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and customer service excellence.

As our Field Service Engineer, you'll ensure our cutting-edge medical devices operate at peak performance, directly contributing to better patient outcomes. The ideal candidate brings 5 years of field service experience, preferably in medical devices, with strong technical troubleshooting abilities and excellent communication skills in both English and German.
