Field Service Engineer

Distalmotion SA, a pioneering medical device company headquartered in Lausanne, Switzerland, is revolutionizing robotic surgery accessibility. Founded in 2012 as an EPFL spin-off, we've grown to over 150 team members from 25+ nationalities. We're seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team in Switzerland, supporting our European operations.

The role demands a skilled professional with 5 years of field service experience, preferably in medical devices. You'll be the primary point of contact for customer site accountability, working closely with Commercial, Clinical Specialist, and Service Support teams. Your responsibilities span from installation and maintenance to troubleshooting and repair of Distalmotion products.

The role requires significant travel (up to 75%), strong technical abilities, and excellent communication skills in both English and German.
