Responsibilities For Field Service Engineer US
- Perform scheduled maintenance activities including system inspections and preventive maintenance
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Distalmotion products
- Coordinate and perform system and hardware delivery and installation
- Complete administrative duties including spare parts inventory and reports
- Maintain company-provided equipment and tools
- Support trade shows and hospital interactions
- Provide technical support and training to end-users
- Maintain customer relationships and system configurations
- Participate in continuous improvement projects
Requirements For Field Service Engineer US
- 3-5 years of Field Service Experience preferred
- Associate degree in related field or equivalent training/experience
- Proven track record of troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems
- Experience of O.R. protocol and HIPAA standards
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong computer and technology skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to travel up to 75% and work flexible hours
- Ability to lift 75 lbs. and move wheeled objects up to 1,200 lbs
