Responsibilities For Field Service Engineer US

  • Perform scheduled maintenance activities including system inspections and preventive maintenance
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Distalmotion products
  • Coordinate and perform system and hardware delivery and installation
  • Complete administrative duties including spare parts inventory and reports
  • Maintain company-provided equipment and tools
  • Support trade shows and hospital interactions
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users
  • Maintain customer relationships and system configurations
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects

Requirements For Field Service Engineer US

  • 3-5 years of Field Service Experience preferred
  • Associate degree in related field or equivalent training/experience
  • Proven track record of troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems
  • Experience of O.R. protocol and HIPAA standards
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong computer and technology skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to travel up to 75% and work flexible hours
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs. and move wheeled objects up to 1,200 lbs
