Lead Solutions Engineer

As Lead Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for leading customer implementation engagements and providing technical support. The role combines technical expertise, project management, and problem-solving skills to ensure successful implementations and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading customer implementation engagements and managing project timelines
• Configuring and mapping integrations for customer workflows
• Providing technical support and triaging issues
• Conducting QA testing for new product releases
• Developing technical documentation and training materials

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in software implementation and system integration, strong project management skills, and excellent communication abilities. You'll work directly with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployments and continuous product improvement.
