Senior Full Stack Engineer

Distro is building the AI platform of record for inside sales and counter reps in the industrial distribution industry. Our platform helps reps quote faster, close more business, and improve margins — all while delivering a superior customer experience.

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Distro, you'll be joining a well-funded, post-YC (S24) startup with strong early traction and growing customer demand. The role offers high impact and autonomy, perfect for experienced engineers who have built at early-stage startups.

Working directly with the CEO and founding team, you'll help lay the technical foundation for the company's future. The position involves building across the full stack, shipping core product functionality, and making key technical decisions.

The work environment is structured with in-person work in Palo Alto (Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri, WFH Weds). Every engineer contributes directly to production code, with a focus on speed, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.

The compensation package includes $150K–$180K salary plus 0.25%–0.75% equity, reflecting the senior nature of the role and its importance to the company's success. The tech stack focuses on React/Next.js, TypeScript, and MongoDB, with exposure to AI/ML workflows and LLM APIs being a plus.
