Description For Cybersecurity Systems Engineer

DLH Corporation is seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Systems Engineer to join their team of over 3,200 employees dedicated to improving federal programs through innovative solutions. This role focuses on the DCGS-N Family of Systems, combining cybersecurity expertise with systems engineering.

The position involves crucial responsibilities in Site Acceptance Testing, Development Test planning, and cybersecurity support for the DCGS-N Family of Systems. You'll be working with both SECRET and TS/SCI systems, creating automated solutions and maintaining critical monitoring interfaces.

As a key member of the team, you'll participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and integration verification. Your role will include developing test plans, managing test scripts, and generating comprehensive test reports. Additionally, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining software scripts for security automation and developing Health and Status web interfaces.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise in Navy C4I systems, coupled with formal education in Computer, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering. This role offers an opportunity to work on mission-critical systems that directly impact national security readiness.

Responsibilities For Cybersecurity Systems Engineer

  • Participate in Site Acceptance Testing of DCGS-H Family of Systems
  • Generate Development Test Plans and maintain test scripts database
  • Support DCGS-N FoS Cybersecurity Team
  • Create software scripts for SECRET and TS/SCI DCGS-N FoS baselines
  • Maintain and develop Health and Status web user interface

Requirements For Cybersecurity Systems Engineer

  • Degree in Computer, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Mathematics with computer science concentration
  • 10 years experience with Master's degree or 14 years with BS degree in computer design, software development or computer networks
  • Five years technical experience with DCGS-N or Navy C4I systems
  • Must qualify for Cybersecurity Work Force (CWF) within 6 months
  • TS/SCI clearance required
