  • Reviewing architectural/engineering designs and fire protection system shop drawings for over 50 buildings
  • Conducting construction inspections and issuing final occupancy permits
  • Witnessing acceptance tests for fire alarm and sprinkler system modifications
  • Evaluating existing building conditions through life safety and hazard analysis surveys
  • Providing technical guidance using various NFPA codes

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Fire Protection Engineering, 5 years of general experience, and be a registered Professional Engineer (P.E. licensed) in Fire Protection Engineering. A valid Driver's License and the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance are also required.
