Production Support Engineer

DMV IT Service LLC is a well-established IT consulting firm founded in 2020, specializing in providing comprehensive IT solutions including infrastructure optimization, cybersecurity, networking, and IT operations. We are currently seeking a Production Support Engineer to join our team in Washington, D.C. in a hybrid work arrangement.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting our critical enterprise applications, infrastructure, and network services. This position involves working with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve system performance. You'll be responsible for monitoring system health, implementing solutions, and ensuring compliance with security best practices.

Key responsibilities include providing production system support, serving as an escalation point for complex issues, maintaining various applications including Application Extender and Work Management System, and participating in root cause analysis. You'll also be involved in documenting processes, monitoring system performance, and providing after-hours support when needed.
