Responsibilities For Mobile Automation Engineer
- Lead the testing and automation efforts for native mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms
- Develop and maintain robust automation frameworks for native applications, with a preference for Appium
- Utilize expertise in frontend automation to ensure seamless user experiences
- Write efficient and scalable automation scripts using JavaScript, Python, or Shell scripting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the automation and pipeline processes
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring team members, and fostering best practices in mobile automation
- Stay updated with industry trends and tools to enhance automation strategies
- Work closely with product and development teams, especially in eCommerce environments
Requirements For Mobile Automation Engineer
- 7+ Years of Extremely Strong Hands on experience in testing/automating native mobile applications on iOS and Android
- 5+ Years of Strong Frontend automation skills
- 5+ Years of Extremely Strong Experience in automating native applications. Appium preferred
- Strong knowledge of one of the following - JavaScript, Python, Shell
- Experience in design and development of automation framework for native mobile applications
- Expertise in setting up and debugging CICD pipelines
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Earlier experience with eCommerce applications is a plus
