Description For Lead WordPress Developer

DocMe360 is seeking a skilled and motivated Lead WordPress Developer to oversee the development and management of WordPress projects for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of WordPress developers, configuration analysts, and designers to ensure the quality and timely delivery of the VA's WordPress-based applications. This position requires extensive experience in WordPress development as well as strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of WordPress developers, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Architect and implement custom WordPress solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Coordinate with project managers and clients to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
  • Optimize WordPress sites for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Maintain high standards of code quality through code reviews and testing.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in WordPress development.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress performance and functionality.
