Responsibilities For Experienced Machine Learning Engineer
- Develop NLP models (ML-based or not) for search and recommendation in legal documents, particularly in German language
- Maintain and monitor these models in production
- Design conversational agents to accelerate lawyers' work in different areas of law
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to identify new product development areas
- Participate in internal knowledge sharing and contribute to Engineering strategy
Requirements For Experienced Machine Learning Engineer
- Strong knowledge of machine learning (classical and deep learning) for data extraction and recommendation, ideally with LLM experience
- Experience with natural language search engines and inverted indexes like Elasticsearch
- Strong interest in artificial intelligence
- Proficiency in Python development with focus on algorithm construction
- Fluency in both French and German languages
- Experience in implementing latest scientific advances in the field
