The role focuses on developing and maintaining NLP models and conversational agents to enhance legal document search, recommendation, and processing. Responsibilities For Experienced/Senior Machine Learning Engineer
- Develop NLP models (ML-based or otherwise) for search and recommendation in legal documents
- Maintain and monitor models in production
- Design conversational agents to accelerate lawyers' work in different areas of law
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to identify new product development opportunities
- Participate in internal knowledge sharing and help shape Engineering strategy
Requirements For Experienced/Senior Machine Learning Engineer
- Strong knowledge of machine learning (classical and deep learning) for data extraction and recommendation, ideally with LLM experience
- Experience with natural language search engines and inverted indexes like Elasticsearch
- Strong interest in artificial intelligence
- Ability to identify, analyze, and implement latest scientific advances in the field
- Strong Python development skills with focus on algorithm construction
- Fluency in French for handling legal data
