Responsibilities For Machine Learning Engineer

  • Develop NLP models (ML-based or not) for search and recommendation in legal documents, particularly in German language
  • Maintain and monitor models in production
  • Design conversational agents to accelerate lawyers' work in different areas of law
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to identify new product development areas
  • Participate in internal knowledge sharing and help develop Engineering strategy

Requirements For Machine Learning Engineer

Python
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning (classical and deep learning) for data extraction and recommendation, ideally with LLM experience
  • Experience with natural language search engines and inverted indexes like Elasticsearch
  • Strong interest in artificial intelligence
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and implement latest scientific advances in the field
  • Strong Python development skills with focus on algorithm construction
  • Fluency in French for handling legal data
