Responsibilities For Quantum Device Yield Engineer, Senior
- Develop semiconductor and spin quantum bit devices to improve device yield
- Relate electrical data from various temperature stages of testing
- Perform quantum coherent spin qubit characterization
- Investigate device failures through materials characterization techniques
- Organize, update, and summarize results
- Use databases to extract critical information and statistical data analysis
- Communicate technically with team members through oral and written reporting
Requirements For Quantum Device Yield Engineer, Senior
- Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering, physics, applied physics, or related field; or Master's degree plus 5+ years of relevant experience
- Statistical analysis and design of experiments experience
- Failure analysis and materials characterization techniques knowledge
- Semiconductor device physics knowledge
