Responsibilities For Project Engineer

  • Review architectural, structural, and MEPF drawings
  • Maintain and update RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project logs
  • Conduct regular site walks to monitor project progress
  • Support daily huddles and field meetings
  • Assist in tracking project milestones and critical path tasks
  • Track and manage change orders, purchase orders, and cost control reports
  • Support client invoicing process
  • Promote safety-first culture and monitor job site safety documentation
  • Coordinate logistics planning, including site setup and equipment deliveries

Requirements For Project Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • 0-3 years of experience in construction-related role
  • Understanding of construction systems (architectural, structural, MEPF)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts
  • Knowledge of bidding, estimating, scheduling, and cost management
  • Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, and construction scheduling tools
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license & reliable transportation required
