Software Engineer, iOS (All Teams)

DoorDash is seeking iOS Engineers to build and maintain a large-scale 24x7 global infrastructure system that powers DoorDash's 3-sided marketplace of Consumers, Merchants, and Dashers. The role involves working on an app used by millions and critical to local entrepreneurs building their online presence.

Responsibilities include:

• Building exciting features within engineering teams
• Improving the codebase through continuous refactoring
• Solving challenging real-time data transfer and synchronization problems
• Extending and implementing APIs
• Implementing unit tests
• Keeping up-to-date with iOS development industry standards

Requirements:

• B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science or equivalent
• Expert in Swift and iOS SDK
• Familiarity with networking, storage, and Cocoapods
• Strong systems and OOP knowledge
• Experience building, launching, and iterating on mobile apps
• 2+ years of industry experience (not including internships)

The role is hybrid, with some in-office time expected, reporting to an Engineering Manager. Salary ranges: I4: $119,100 - $175,100 USD I5: $145,000 - $213,200 USD I6: $171,600 - $252,400 USD
